The store is a separate and secure website and, to be able to ship you your order, we need much more information from you than when you signed up at the-n.com or degrassi.tv. If you DO create an account at the store though, you can try to use the same Username and Password you used at the-n.com or degrassi.tv if you like.
4. Do I have to have an account to order products from this store?
Yes, you do. Because we need to verify that it is really you placing an order (and not someone else on your behalf), we need to know your address and contact information to be able to ship you your order. 5. Why should I create an account with this store?
Creating an online account gives you great benefits: 1. Shop faster. Once you have logged in, your personal information is pre-filled in for you when you check out. 9. Will I receive a receipt for my transaction?
Certainly. Upon completion of your transaction, you will be shown an Order Summary screen. Please print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. This Order Summary includes our GST and PST numbers for your reference. You will also receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification by email, which you can keep for your records. Please note that these emails cannot be used as a receipt.
10. What are the different ways I can pay for my order?
It’s easy to make a purchase at degrassi.bruzer.com. VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal are all accepted methods of payment. Canadian shoppers may also pay for their purchases using Interac Online Payment Service (debit).

11. Does bruzer.com offer international shipping?
Our Web-based ordering system is currently unable to accept orders originating outside of North America. 12. If I order more than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items?
We calculate shipping and handling costs by shipment. Your orders may come in one shipment or multiple shipments. Generally speaking, it costs less to have your order come in one shipment; however, this may cause delays if your products are backordered at the time you order them.
13. Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to another address?
Certainly. Just enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the “Shipping Address” portion of the Checkout process. For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address may be subject to a fraud screening process. This may cause a delay in the shipment of your order. Please note that orders that fail our screening process may be cancelled.
14. If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
When you receive your order depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you select. We ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Canada Post provides the following standards for the shipping methods we offer:

15. So what's the difference between Priority Courier, Business Expedited and Small Packets Ground for shipments to the United States?
Priority Courier is really fast service, but it comes as a price. If you can wait a little longer to receive your order, you can choose either Business Expedited or Small Packets Ground and save some money. Please note that some parcels are too large to qualify for the Small Packets Ground rate from the post office. If that's the case with your order, you'll only have two shipping options available at checkout; Priority Courier and Business Expedited.
16. Can I ship to a PO box address? What about rural routes?
For your convenience, we deliver ANYWHERE in Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. To make sure that orders being sent to rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address and/or highway number with your order.

17. How do I exchange or return a product I bought online?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund. 18. If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 7-10 business days of us receiving and verifying the condition of the item. When you return a product that you have purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.
