Will my credit card information be secure? 
Yes it will. Purchasing with your credit card at Bruzer.com is safe because we use SSL technology that encrypts your information while you shop on our site. This means that your information is encoded and unreadable as it travels to our server. In fact, using your credit card at our online store is safer than using it at a restaurant or gas station.

Is my transaction information secure? 
Yes, it is. We use the same technology that protects your credit card information to protect your transaction information.

Will my CornerGas.com website Username and Password work for this store? 
No, it won't. The store is a separate secure section of the site and, in order to ship you your order, we need much more information from you than when you signed up at CornerGas.com. If you DO create an account at the store though, you can use the same Username and Password you used at CornerGas.com if you like.

Do I have to have an account to order products from this store? 
No, you don't. However we do ask you for your personal information when you are placing an order because we want to make sure that it is you that is placing the order and not someone else on your behalf, and we need to know your address and contact information in order to ship you your order. Why should I create an account with this store? 
Creating an online account gives you great benefits:

  • Shop faster. Once you have logged in, your personal information is pre-filled in for you when you check out. This way, you don't need to type your personal information over and over again.

Can I modify my Account Info?
Yes, you can. Once you have created an account and you have logged in, you will see a "Modify Profile" link in the "Your Cart" area at the top right of your screen. Clicking on that link will enable you to change any/all of your account information. Please note:Orders will be billed and shipped using the information that is submitted with your order.

Will I receive a receipt for my transaction? 
Certainly. At the end of your transaction, you are shown an Order Summary screen. Please print this page from your browser as a receipt for your transaction. This Order Summary includes our GST and PST numbers for your reference. You will also receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification by email, which you can keep for your records. Please note that these emails cannot be used as a receipt.

What are the different ways I can pay for my order? 
It's easy to make a purchase at Bruzer.com. You can pay for your order with VISA or Mastercard. Please note that all of our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars.

Does bruzer.com offer international shipping? 
For your convenience, we deliver ANYWHERE in Canada and the United States. To make sure that orders being sent to rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address and/or highway number with your order.

If I order more than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items? 
We calculate shipping and handling costs by shipment. Your orders may come in one shipment or multiple shipments. Generally speaking, it costs less to have your order come in one shipment; however, this may cause delays if your products are backordered at the time you order them.

Can I order a product and ask you to ship it to another address? 
Certainly. Just enter the address where you want your product delivered, in the "Shipping Address" portion of the Checkout process. For your protection, credit card orders shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address, may be subject to a fraud screening process. This may cause a delay in the shipment of your order. Please note that orders that fail our screening process may be cancelled.

If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order? 
When you receive your order depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you select. Normal delivery time is 4-6 weeks from the date you place your order.

Can I ship to a PO box address? 
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

How do I exchange or return a product I bought online? 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt for a full exchange or refund. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund? 
When you return a product, you will receive a refund within 7-10 business days of us receiving and verifying the item. When you return a product that you have purchased using a credit card, the same card you used will be credited with the refund.
