Our Cresting Program will save you money, speed up production, reduce costly inventory, improve quality of logo, guarantee logo and colour consistency. Basically we embroider logos onto twill (which is the best fabric for embroidery quality), and dye-cut to the shape of your logo. The crests are produced in bulk and can be sewn or (depending on fabric) applied with heat and pressure and guaranteed to bond to the fabric to which it is applied.

We have 86 heads of in-house embroidery - Great quality embroidery and digitizing with quick turn-arounds. We can do 3-D embroidery, puff embroidery, or flat embroidery on hats, garments, bags and almost anything you can think of.

Silk Screened logos - there are many new silk screen finishes that we can achieve. For environmentally friendly folks we like to use Water Based inks which do not use harmful chemicals in the process - it also gives a soft hand and clean look. Great for vintage looks. Using traditional Plastisol inks, we can achieve Puff prints, Reflective images, Glitter, Gel prints and worn-faded prints that look as if you had the shirt for 20 years.

Chenile lettering - This is a vintage look. Very old school, very classy!
